Patient Information & Policies
Clear information about privacy, confidentiality, cost, and access. Everything here lives on this website as a readable page rather than a downloadable document, so it can be resized, read aloud, translated, and navigated with assistive technology.

Why These Pages Live Here
Behavioral health practices have traditionally handed people a stack of PDFs. We have taken a different approach. Each notice here is a web page, written in plain language, structured with proper headings, and readable on any device. Nothing important should require a download, a specific application, or perfect eyesight to read.
If you would prefer a printed copy of any notice, or the information in another format, we will provide it at no cost.
Before Your First Appointment
You do not need to read every page here before reaching out. Most people find it helpful to review the Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains confidentiality and its limits, and the Good Faith Estimate page, which explains how cost is communicated before care begins. Everything else is here when you need it.
Questions
