Insurance

STX Therapy is currently working to expand access through participation with select insurance plans. Insurance credentialing and contracting are in progress. Until participation is finalized, please contact us for the most current information about insurance availability and payment options.

Insurance participation is subject to credentialing, contracting, and effective dates established by each health plan. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by individual plan.

Payment is due at the time of service. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need and practice capacity.
